UNAN Students Visit Embassy

June 07, 2012

A group of 32 future English teachers from the National Autonomous University in Managua visited the U.S. Embassy to obtain information on the educational exchange programs offered by the Department of State. The Information Resource Center Director, EducationUSA adviser and Cultural Office staff gave an overview of the programs aimed to support English teaching in Nicaragua.

Embassy staff answered the students’ questions about studying in the U.S., explained the educational advising services offered by the Embassy and discussed how Nicaraguans can take part in cultural and educational programs organized by the U.S. Embassy.
