Federal Benefits Office Hours and Contact Information
The U.S. Embassy assists customers resident in Nicaragua.
If you are a federal benefits customer, you can contact the Embassy via phone at (505) 252-7706. We accept phone calls Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 11:30 AM, except on U.S. and Nicaraguan holidays. You can also reach us anytime at ACS.Managua@state.gov.
Our Federal Benefits Unit is open for customers with general questions Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 11:30 AM, except U.S. and Nicaraguan holidays.
New applicants or customers with complex questions regarding their specific federal benefits cases should schedule an appointment by calling (505) 252-7706 or by sending an email to ACS.Managua@state.gov.
