Contact Information

We answer routine American Citizens Services inquiries from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. Please call (505) 252-7100 and ask for the "American Citizens Services Unit." For American Citizens emergencies, please click here. Please note that we are not open on Nicaraguan and U.S. federal holidays.

The Embassy is located at Km. 5 ½ Carretera Sur, Managua, Nicaragua.  The American Citizen Services Unit in the Embassy is accessed through the consular services door on Carretera Sur.
